Brilliant Communications

Mastering the art of communication success

by Candice Russell | April 27, 2012 | No Comments

With only five days until the opening of drupa I have to admit I am envious of my peers who are in Germany and working hard on the finishing touches in our Pitney Bowes booth. Our Art of Success display is an innovative way to think about customer communications:

Customer communications management has become an art form, and success means delivering communications masterpieces – whether physical or digital – that stand-out in a competitive field.

And of course the Pitney Bowes booth will show you how you can get there, whether you need a new colorful set of paint brushes (an IntelliJet™ printer, perhaps?), software tools to help you manage your new multi-channel, highly personalized environment (see new ideas for personalization in this short video), or efficiency additions such as a new, right sized Reliant™ mail sorter. We are a single company who can truly help you achieve your goals, regardless of your current customer communication capabilities.

My peers have sent a few “sneak preview” photos of our Pitney Bowes booth. Here you can see some new finishing options connected directly to our IntelliJet™ 20 printing system.

Careful please! Here are some mail finishing components that will go right from the delivery truck to our booth at drupa (Hall 4, Stand 4C04).

Pitney Bowes engineers ensuring that our equipment is ready to go.

A broader look at the booth.

If you are attending drupa please take a moment to schedule a personal appointment with Pitney Bowes. Let me know how it goes, and also please share any feedback you have from the show. And when you are trying to figure out what to bring back for me, the marketer who wishes she could be there, remember that I like chocolate (preferably milk chocolate)!
