Kit Hamilton has over 20 years experience in marketing spanning myriad industries. She joined Pitney Bowes in 2004 and joined the software division the following year. She has headed up the marketing efforts for postal solutions, data management and data integration. She and her team launched Spectrum, Pitney Bowes Business Insight’s fastest growing solution. Currently she manages the global marketing effort for our CCM software portfolio and is overseeing the global marketing rollout for our biggest CCM release—the EngageOne Communication Suite.

Joe Francica

As managing director for geospatial industry solutions, Joe Francica brings over 30 years of experience in location intelligence to support the product management team at Pitney Bowes. He works directly with the sales and marketing organizations bringing an enterprise IT focus in various vertical industry sectors where location intelligence can add significant value and a competitive advantage. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Francica was the editor in chief and vice publisher of Directions Magazine, the most widely read geospatial technology publication, where he founded four conferences and broadcast his insights and perspectives through weekly articles, podcasts and webinars. Francica began his career as a geologist and later as a marketing executive with both large and startup software companies. He holds a BA from Rutgers University, an MA from Dartmouth and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Liz was with Microsoft, where she was responsible for defining strategy, creating, bringing to market and managing IP and solutions related to Microsoft Consulting Services’ Dynamics Program Office. Before joining Pitney Bowes, Borrelle was Chief Executive Officer of mcgarrybowen New York, where he served for 8 years. Mcgarrybowen was named 2011 Agency of the Year by Advertising Age and Adweek. Leading the flagship operation, Borrelle oversaw the tremendous growth of the agency and drove brand strategy, social media, branded content and engagement programs for clients such as Verizon, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Marriott International, Chevron, United Airlines, Crayola, Pfizer, Staples and P&G. Prior to joining mcgarrybowen, Borrelle was Senior Vice President, Marketing at Digitas where he worked with American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise) and Virgin Mobile. From 1994 to 2001, he was at Wunderman where he served on the American Express, Sears Home Services and Citigroup accounts. Berk Charlton

Berk Charlton is a Global Portfolio Director in the Customer Data/Location intelligence line of business with Pitney Bowes Software. He manages a team of Product Managers in the U.S. and Europe within the Enterprise Location Intelligence portfolio, which includes the Global Data Portfolio, Spectrum Spatial, and a Global Geocoding product line covering over 200 countries. He has worked in Product Management with Pitney Bowes for eight years. Berk was instrumental in pioneering the use of point-level/parcel-centroid geocoding at Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software, which became the accuracy standard for U.S. geocoding widely in use today. Also under his tenure, the Pitney Bowes Geocoding products have grown to become a global geocoding solution set, serving the needs of numerous multinational corporations and organizations. Prior to working for Pitney Bowes, Berk worked as a Geographic Information Systems consultant for ten years, primarily in Banking, Insurance, Target Marketing and Retail applications. He holds an MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, with an undergraduate degree in Geography. He also holds five patents in the use of geocoding technology.

Jay Bourland

Jay is a real mathematics expert, and has created a true culture of innovation within Pitney Bowes Software. He holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics, and worked for several years as an academic at the University of Washington, Stanford University, and Colorado State University. Prior to his current position, Jay worked at Centrus Software, which was acquired by Pitney Bowes Software, leading efforts to develop new Business Intelligence platform technologies. In 2007, Jay led efforts to re-establish Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software in the Data Quality and Data Integration markets, realizing a 40% growth rate for the division, and helping get the flagship product recognized as “One to Watch” by DM Magazine.
