Paul serves as Director, Postal Regulatory & Industry Affairs on the US Government & Regulatory Affairs team at Pitney Bowes. He is responsible for Industry and Postal Service engagement on operational and regulatory issues, pricing and mailing & shipping requirements. For Pitney Bowes product and business stakeholders and clients, he represents their concerns to the USPS and helps them understand anticipated and announced postal priorities and requirements so that they can plan, decide and strategize more effectively. His 25-year career with Pitney Bowes includes over 22 years of experience in Product Development and Product Management of mailing and shipping solutions.
